I do like her, but I don't wanna give off that vibe just yet. We've hung out before, and she's pretty cool...How do i ask a girl to hang out with me without giving the impression that I like her?

Ask her to go to a movie, concert, sporting event, etc. Something where it doesn't feel like a date. Strike up conversations and ask what she likes to do for fun, interests, etc. Don't be too aggressive though. See where it goes from there.
