How do i get a girl to hang out with me?

i can't even get a girls number let alone hang out with me :(. what can i do or how can i ask?How do i get a girl to hang out with me?
just ask her to hang out and do something casual..like go to a movie or hang out at a park. First start talking to her and be kind and yourself. Then invite her to hang out..you can tell her that she can bring one of her friends. That way she is more likely to say yes. The next time you hang out, maybe it will just be you two! =) good luck!
