How should i ask a girl to hang out?

So I work with this girl and have been for a couple of months. I want to hang out with her outside of work to get to know her better because we never have before. i was thinkin of askin her to go bowling with some of my friends(1 other girl and a couple guys). Should i ask her through e-mail, cell phone or instant messenger/facebook because i never see her outside of work and i barely work? Also, would this be good for a first ';hang-out'; and how soon should i ask her if i want to hang out this comin friday (april 4)? thanks!How should i ask a girl to hang out?

You should ask her out at work. There, you both have a common and comfortable environment to act as you normally would. If it is going to be april 4th, do it as soon as possible. Before she has a chance to make other plans.
you should come early and write a letter that says meet me out side after work in front of a certain place

dont ask indirectly cuz some girls think thats lame. if u have too then do it. its okay if u really know this girl. i guessing ur older like 17 so im guessing u have some experience. its always best to have a friend of hers so that when u go wit her and ask this girl shed be more willing to go. cuz she dont wanna hang with this one dude who she kinda knows and some other random people. the first hangout is when u know this girl 1/4 at least. even if she does go and u guys dont know each other then its goin to be u guys not talkin having this weird awkard moment and u hanging with ur friends. but for a couple of months u shouldve asked her sooner. just do it and be confident
Ask her through the phone..But just to let you know don't bring too many guy friends that might intimidate her..Because girls have very good instincts she will have a feeling you wil be crushing..But definitely!! Call her..NO TEXT OR FACEBOOK MSG CALL HER!
