How to ask a girl to hang out with you?

What is the best way to ask. I knew this girl for about 6 months. We hung out on some weekends. I know she liked me in the beggining when we first meet. I dont know her much, but have her number, facebook, myspace...We live an hour away in the summer. Since i dont know her much but i do want to, which way should i approach this? text? facebook/myspace message to see whats up or call? What do girls perfer and what should i say? I also want to say happy birthday to her which is in few weeks

Just ask her. Seriously, its that easy. Start a conversation and towards the middle or end which ever you feel more comfortable with, ask her if she has any plans on said date. Tell her you enjoy talking to her on facebook/myspace whatever and would like to hang out with her. She might like it, she might not. Just be confident





If you are not comfortable with just asking her out, use one of her interests to entice her. Say she likes a certain band and they are coming to the area (or anything of the sort), use that as a crutch to appeal to her
