approach her and say this:Hey,i know we have been hanging out allot in school but how about we go to either the movies,a fancy restaurant,or the mall.good luck
Basically u wanna walk up to the girl u like, and be like '; I was wondering if u wanted to officially 'Go Out' with me?'; usually the best way, teenage relationships dont last long
Tell her you love her and want to date her very badly. Then ask ';Will you be my girfriend'; If she declines fight her on the spot.
