What should I look for when I hang out with this girl?

I asked this girl to hang out. I don't know what we are going to do yet though.. Shop or movie.. or I don't know.. but anyway.. what hints should I look for when we are together to see if she is interested in me? Both our orientations are unknown to each other, assuming each other is straight.. So what would a girl do to show subtle interest in me? She is 17. And she is shy at first but then warms up to you... and starts talking about one random thing and won't shut up.. ha, I think it is cute though. Anyway.. back to the question.. Hints.. signs.. How would she act if she likes me? What should I look for when I hang out with this girl?
any reason for body contact... brushing your arm or punching it lightly when u made a joke. Sometimes people will look at the others lips as a sign they want to kiss. Lots of eye contact is good. Trust me, you'll know if she's interested. You say she's shy, thats the best indicator. If she opens up around you, thats your best bet. Go to the movies that is normally a good starting place. You don't have to worry about awkward conversation and after the movie you guys have an easy conversation piece.





See if you guys share pop corn, drinks and stuff like that. Mostly just relax have fun cause all good relationships are based on good friendships. I don't think you'll find any solid hints from the first date but give it a few ';outings'; and see what happens. If it's meant to be you don't need to rush it or force it.
If you take her somewhere just look at her face and body language or features to see if she is trying to tell you something. Take her arm and lock elbows and see what she does. If she is uncomfortable, then let go, but if she smiles and seems to like it, then stay that way. Do little things like that and see what she does. Also, invite her back to your house, and go in your room and close your door. See what she does. If it's just a friendly look or something, then nothings there, atleast prob. not. Keep her interested and talk to her and hold her hand and watch her reactions.

when she touches you, she will touch you as much as possible. the hug will be full and tight, not like hugging a tree. she will laugh at your jokes. also look for a lot of smiles.





to be honest, chances are that if she said yes to hanging out with you alone, she probably likes you.
you should casually bring up questions like, who has she dated in the past and that sort of thing. Anything to see if she is interested in girls. Otherwise, it might be awkward if you find out later that you misunderstood her body language and signals.
some girls would mess with their hair or play around with yours. its like a flirty thing to do. i guess just go from there. if you see her make any moves go for it. the worst that can happen is her turn you down.
maybe saying that you look good or get on the topic about talking about other girls and what you guys think about eachother..
It's all about eye contact.





But I'd also look at her finger nails. Polished is a sign she may be straight. Long are a sure thing she doesn't play on your team.
I would imagine you could just know if someone liked you. Trust your instincts.
