How can I ask if this girl wants to hang out?

There's this girl that I've worked with in the past 4 weeks. She is here on internship. She is from out of state, but lives with her parents here.





She will be taking 4 weeks of vacation, and will be living with her parents for those 4 weeks.





We are both in our MID 20s.





How can I ask this girl if she wants to hang out? What's a good way of asking without putting too much pressure on her? I don't want to get humiliated if she rejects me

Okay, so you want this to be somewhat casual but you don't want to put any pressure on her shoulders. Also, you don't want to get rejected so I suggest using this line.





';We should hang out sometime.';





It's easy going, not a question (so she can't really reject you), and i doubt she'll feel pressured.

Don't ask her if she wants to hang out during this time. Just call her once and ask her if she wants to go to the movies today, or anything else a cofee. Then if she accept you go out and be friendly, don't tell her you like her or anything. Just tell her maybe you could meet again soon since you had a great time, so wait one week and call her again and soon you will know if she likes you for more or just as a friend. So you will not feel rejected, and if you see she's interested you can move on to the next step.
