Here's the story: Boy meets girl. Boy likes girl. Boy and girl have mutual friends. Boy and girl hang out. Girl seems shy. Boy talks to girl nearly daily. Boy does not make progress. Girl does not seem to want to hang out but has suggested that she may want to through text messaging. Boy's friend tells him ';you will never get her to chill with you'; because of her personality. Heres the solution: Boy plots with mutual friends. Mutual friends take girl out somewhere. Boy appears at this same somewhere with other mutual friends. Mutual friends ';disappear';. Boy secretly sends girl text message with a :) in it. Girl smiles. Boy asks girl out. (They are already ';out';, girl can't say no). Girl blushes, accepts. (Progress) Boy happy. Girl happy. World happy.

Make it a gradual progress. Instead of texting her start talking to her on the phone. After ya'll talk on the phone for a while and get adjusted to that then plan a simple date like a movie or something chill like that. Then go for the dinner dates and things like that.


Also try to make her laugh alot. Girls tend to get out of their shell alot more when they're dating a funny guy...so hopefully your funny.
get her to open up a little more. take her out one night to a party or something. do something you know she likes. thats the best way. and don't listen to your friends if they don't know this girl that well. they'll make you more nervous and if you listen to them your gonna end up forgeting her. Trust me, made that mistake before and i lost the girl. to my best friend

it could be possible she just doesn't like you, sorry but its a fact. if she is hinting, shes probably just too shy to ask you, so step up and ask her. you should try while you still have the opportunity, you dont want to let her get away.
Well i'm pretty shy myself. And she probably does want to hang out with you or go out with you but she's afraid to ask. Or is afraid of being shot down. Instead of waiting for her to take steps (probably wont happen) you should step in and ask her out and see how it goes. She will probably say yes. Good luck.
While you are texting and talking about what you two are doing over the weekend..mention that you're going to see a movie this weekend [even if you don't know if you are..] one that you think she'd like to see and then ask if she would like to see it with you.
possibly try not to move too fast, but make casual meetings like going to the cinema hence, if there is nothing to say you both can simply watch the movie. more intimate ';dates'; this soon is most likely what she is scared of.
